ZPS Prefix a.s. has become a modern engineering company based in a complex of
production hall buildings in the village of Ratiboř, 6 km from Vsetín. The
company uses 5000 square metres for its production purposes and it also keeps at
its disposal another 3000 square metres of open space, ready to be used for
further production projects; this space will prove to be a very important
support for production capacity in the future.
At present the company deals with the machining of very precise parts for CNC
machinery (production and technical capacity). The technological machinery is
suitable for the production of rotary parts on CNC lathes (S50, S60), for
horizontal products on CNC vertical boring centres (MCFV 1260 2x, MCFV 2080) and
for box parts on several types of horizontal machines of the types WH10 and WH13
and CNC machines of the types MCFH63, FQH50, WFQ80, MC120 and MC60.
The machined products may be finished with great precision (0.01mm) on a
finishing boring machine WXH100.
All technological processes are supported through an independent control center
with the help of standard as well as the most modern measuring devices. An inter-operational
control, which helps to produce the final high-quality product, goes along with
the whole process. Customers receive a measuring report according to their
demands.
The company also currently makes use of additional technologies such as paint
shop for the spraying and varnishing of parts with ecological paint, including
chemical grease extraction and phosphating. Last but not least there are also
wide possibilities for the assembly of mechanical machinery and devices.
