The company Prefix s.r.o. bought 100% of ZPS - ZV shares in a public tender put
out by the trustee in bankruptcy ZPS a.s. at the end of the year 2000.
On January 1, 2001 the company ZPS Prefix a.s. started up, and within a few
years, it ranked among the world’s biggest and most famous producers of shoe-making
machinery. The company covered a whole range of shoe-making technologies,
producing over 65 types of machines. The company also engaged in the development,
production, assembly and sale of CNC machinery along with spare parts, delivery
and servicing.
Both projects were later transformed into different companies. However, the
production premises, machinery stock, and, most importantly, the team of workers
of all professions with their valuable experience remained. |
